Bubble Pop for Children with Disabilities

This bubble popping app is designed to get children with special need started communicating and responding to external stimuli. This can be used as Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). The app is aimed at attracting the attention of babies to the bubbles and eventually popping them after watching the parents do it several times. Tips:

  • Practice, practice and practice. Hold the hand or finger of your child and make them do it several times until they get the idea.
  • From time to time allow them to do it themselves, otherwise repeat step one.
  • This app is better displayed on a tablet so that you can touch instead of clicking the mouse.
